If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@crownexa.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@crownexa.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
