  • We offer Standard Shipping/Fast shipping on all orders.

4. Multiple Shipments

Some of our products are shipped from different suppliers.
Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

If you order multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers and deliveries.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Nexa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or postal service.
